Rachel Seplow
Rachel Seplow is the Director of Legal Research and Democracy Initiatives at NYU School of Law’s Democracy Project. She previously served on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Aide to U.S. Congresswoman Nanette Barragán (CA-44) and has contributed legal research to both the Brennan Center for Justice and the Division of Civil Rights and Labor-Management in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor. Rachel earned her J.D. from NYU School of Law, where she served as Co-President of the NYU Law & Government Society and Senior Notes Editor for the NYU Law Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
